"Large, modern, clean and comfortable room. Seemed poorly staffed: person at snack shop also served at registration desk, sat at bar 4 minutes before bartender acknowledged me. Described as “parking available”, didn’t advertise that it cost an extra $25."

"The Aloft is a great place to stay in downtown Minneapolis. It is handy to great restaurants and venues. I was struck by how sincerely friendly and helpful the front desk staff were. The bartender is excellent and also friendly. Cheerful, festive decor for the holidays."

"We stayed in St. Paul Drury for 32 days because my husband had a terrible accident at work. The staff were great and when we return they remember our names and greet us as if we were family! Great service and great staff!!!"

"Room 416 has a view of a concrete wall. The hotel is not full, based on parking lot and garage spaces that are very available so I am not sure why I would be given this less than desirable room when others are available. Other than that, clean comfortable room. Nice staff."

"The hallways were filthy. There was also some unannounced construction that may have influenced us to stay elsewhere. Not their fault, but the skyways close on weekends! No exception to remain open during blistering cold temps"
