"Our visit was during this covid time so things were a bit reduced but the service was excellent, friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. So based on their customer service alone i would thoroughly recommend this hotel"

"Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. "Great hotel for stopovers or short breaks in Zurich area. We stayed as family of four and had two interconnected rooms. Very clean, very spacious and good breakfast. Right opposite Thalwill railway station for convenience into town. Easy check in/out. No complaints."
