"The hotel property was nice. We had stayed in a Homewood Suites that had been remodeled the night before so it really set the bar high for the Macon hotel. When we first checked in the lady who helped us was not very welcoming, maybe she was having a bad day. The next morning we had breakfast and the lady taking care of the breakfast area actually picked up our plates. She was great. Definitely would stay here again."

Pleasant surprise

"We were a little skeptical when we booked this hotel because the price was very reasonable but because of the good reviews we took a chance. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms had an entrance from inside the hotel. The person checking us in was very pleasant. We asked for a 1st floor room because they do not have elevators and they were very accommodating. The room was as nice as some we have paid a lot more for. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was more than we expected. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and packaged muffins. The dining area was very nice and besides tables had some booths. We will definitely stay here again when we are passing through Macon!"

"The checkin staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are dated, (can’t speak for all just the one we stayed in), breakfast was subpar at best, coffee was strong which some might like I just prefer mine not as strong. "
