"The property was extremely nice and made me feel like home. The customer service was excellent, and their was not an extra charge for breakfast, which was delicious and made the stay more pleasant. The decorations in the hotel was beautiful. Especially the Mardi Gras tree and table in the lobby. I have already recommended this hotel to others and now this is the only place i wanna stay when i come home."

"The hotel is one of the nicest hotels in the area while still being close to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. I was able to still have a enjoyable night sleep with the comfortable beds, and the housekeeping was super attentive. I would recommend."

The second room was better. The mattress was very firm, but there were plenty of pillows. The walls kept out noise from the neighboring rooms. "We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well appointed. We thought the breakfast was good. It is located behind a surgery center and we had very little traffic. The outside pool area is nice, they supplied the towels and the grandkids liked it. My only complaint was that the bed in room 106 is on the same wall as the exit and it is a very heavy door. Luckily, there was not much late/early traffic, we we endured."

The bed was not very comfortable and some of the staff could have been more friendly. They seemed “put out” to assist with simple requests-cups & hot chocolate in lobby.
