"Very nice hotel in convenient location in Desenzano. Very comfortable, modern rooms. Nice bar/restaurant looking out across the lake. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, including good restaurant right in front, overlooking the water, which supports those with additional learning needs. Had a great meal there. Handy for ferries (we were out of season, ferry resumes in March). Easy to catch bus to Sirmione from the centre of Desenzano. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only...

"The staff is simply amazing. They give a service that is a 5 stars service. Kind, making you feel at home, giving a lot of suggestions on what to do in the location. Nice comfortable bed, private beach. Lovely thank you. They also have nice additional services and private parking "

"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."
