"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

"We loved our stay at Vision hotel, lake garda is absolutely stunning!! We will definitely be back. The staff were so nice and helpful, the property was absolutely gorgeous! It is a bit further away from the city centre but there is a walking path that goes along the lake to get to the Center only taking about 20 mins to get to. In the morning upon checkout we were unable to get a hold of a taxi (it was an early morning) and the staff took us to the train station with their hotel van for 5€ which...

The staff and service level was unfaultable, staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and very polite. Our room was very tidy and clean, as was the whole resort. "Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good...
