"Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. Hotel recommended we book restaurants prior to our visit which we did and was a good job we did as restaurants were turning people away. "Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. "Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."
