"The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. "

"The staff at this property are absolutely amazing. They made the stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Rozina for all of the hospitality. The hotel itself is also a great place to stay. Its clean and has lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was also tasty with lots of different options."

"Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions. This is quite a big issue but would help considerably. The cleaning team brilliant and work hard twice I have stayed there. Laundry people great service also the hospitality team great. But from if house needs a lit of work in my opinion. "
