"Superbly located hotel directly on the slopes and in the centre of Belle Plagne. Excellent staff and breakfast was really good. Decent size rooms with excellent views. Hot shower over bath and nice main bar with lovely fire. Decent value- will def return as such a huge ski area "

"I’ll give an example as how our experience started and it didn’t get much better after this. First morning we went for breakfast, but the dining room was closed. We asked a member of staff who we told us the chef hadn’t turned up. No, apology just a shrug of the shoulders. As we went to the lift to go back to our room to think of plan b a couple emerged from the lift. “Oh, he hasn’t turned up again then” was their quote. I asked what did they mean, to which they said they’d been there for 6 days...

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

"The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing "

"Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"
