"We stayed here for 3 nights including Christmas Eve. There was a small delay with check in, but the hotel was incredibly quick to rectify this and this was greatly appreciated. "Reception staff are fantastic and very friendly. It's centrally located to the CBD, Darling Harbour and a short walk to Chinatown and Paddy's market. The entrance is nice and professional. My only criticism would be that the building is in need of a fresh lick of paint. "When I booked the hotel, I specifically requested change the king bed to two single beds. However, at check-in, I was informed that all rooms were fully booked, and it was impossible to switch. My 13-year-old son, who is 180 cm tall, was unwilling to share the king-size bed with me, so he had to squeeze onto the couch for the night. The hotel could have informed me in advance that they couldn’t accommodate the request, allowing me the option to book a different hotel."

"Staff were extremely accomodating and lovely throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was yum! We stayed during the Christmas period and appreciated the extra festivities the hotel put on for free. Location was very convenient with walking distance to public transport close by. The hotel is a very busy area of the city but we enjoyed it. "

"The hotel location is fabulous and is next to ICC and within walking distance to many attractions like Sea Life, Wild Life, Sydney Towle Eye, Queen Victoria Building, etc. Our room is west facing, we were lucky enough to watch the stunning sunset a couple of times in good weather. We will be back again next time. Highly recommended!!"
