"It was just for 1 night so review is based on that. We we put about as far from entrance as possible. That was ok just inconvenient. Not sure who was above us but they could not have stomped any harder while walking until well after midnight. Pillows were on the firm to hard side for my taste. Front desk people were fantastic and very friendly so this review doesnt reflect on them at all. I am sure if we had stayed longer the other issues could have been worked out. "It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc."

"The room was comfortable but upon entering the bathroom we noticed dirt and urine on the base of the toilet. We call the front desk and they responded very quickly by sending a house keeper to clean it. The bathtub took a long time to drain so you were standing in water while drying. After the second day we mentioned it to a housekeeper, who apologized, and she notified someone to come up and unplug the bathtub. Again they responded quickly and took care of the problem."

"This was my third time staying at this property and it remains stellar in all areas. The front desk staff are attentive and efficient, check in was smooth, and there are dining options if needed.
