"The staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue with the toilet leaking, and I informed the front desk on Sunday. The girl said she would send someone with more towels, so Im assuming she misunderstood what I was saying. They moved us to another room on Tuesday, because the leakage was causing issues on the floor below. "A superb hotel staff with excellent service. Rooms are more of a European style, basic. If one thing needs updating it would be the matresses. The mattresses in our room, were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Restaurant menu was great and quality of food generous. Will stay again"

"This is a nice hotel for the location. I would not say it is in the best part of town and there is street noise but facilities overall are good. We stayed in two different occasions (family of 4); the first time the room was spacious, the second one it was not as good. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had free parking which was a big plus for us. Overall nice hotel."
