"I always enjoy this hotel. This time I happen to come to the city of Guadalajara because of an emergency and I got a great deal on a one night stay. Great service as always. If there’s one bad thing about this property is that the blocks just south could feel a little shady at times."

"It was a very nice building im a bery nice area. However I have found to my exasperation for a sevond time that the word Botique seams to mean that thete is no bar and no resturant, no coffee machine ot means if making a cup of tea. There was no hsir drier in the room and in my case it was necessary to get out of bed to switch the lights off"

"The manager is awesome! He remembered me from a previous visit and gave me a deal on a ground floor room because he had nothing available on the second floor and the third floor is a lot of stairs for me. Super considerate!"

Great hotel

"I have stayed here for 5 trips in a row now for 3-7 night trips. Everyone here is very friendly and agreeable. The coffee service, daily waters, and and things like shoe shiner and tissue packs are appreciated. Sometimes when I arrive early they don’t have a room ready but I guess that’s a function of them being so popular as much as anything. "
