"We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...

"The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was a big plus. The pool area was great for adults and kids. The hotel itself is due for some updates and care. Equipment in need of an update so there really is not much of a gym."

"Great hotel and very friendly staff. The outside pool is cold. Reception staff went above and beyond. We arrived at 1 in the morning and still got checked in after calling the out of hours number. Check in only took 5 mins. Walking distance to the beach although there are no pavements so you need to walk on the road. "

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"Initially the front desk was a little unfriendly. I think the woman’s name was Cecilia (I forget). However, they grew in kindness over time. The room was nice, however there was a ton of mold. In the shower of course, but when I pulled back the drapes, there was a 4 inch space all around the window walls of mold. "Well set up for a golf vacation. Unfortunately it rained for the last two weeks so everything is saturated. Almost unplayable. Also if the had been decent we were not offered a golf package or a dinner package which made it more expensive to purchase separately. Pool, sauna, steam room and were quite nice. semi hot tub "

"We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel. "

5/5 Excellent

"Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended. "
