"The location is great and the room was lovely. I did have a couple of maintenance issues. On the first night, the bathroom sink backed up. The front desk sent a maintenance person within 15 minutes, who was very courteous. Because of the hour (around 10:30pm), no housekeeping staff were available to clean the sink after, but I wiped it with soap and it was fine. However, the second night, the sink backed up again—this time past midnight, when no maintenance staff were on site. The front desk...

"Short stay due to long lay over in LA. Just slept and ate their good breakfast. The only bad thing is they got rid of their airport transfers. It would be really helpful if they had it as it was a pain to get uber from the LAX airport "
