"Okay we have rated the overall stay as good. The property and rooms were good and comfortable. The staff excellent. BUT the breakfast left sooo much to be desired, not the least of which was what should have been hot food actually being hot, even just warm, but every morning what should have been hot food was stone cold. Memo to restaurant manager- invest in some heat lamps to keep bacon, eggs, sausages pancakes, fish etc at least warm. It was such a let down. Without doubt the coldest hot food...

"The traditional Japanese breakfast was excellent and filling. The staff very friendly and a clean excellent onsen. The traditional tatami mat room was very large!"

"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. "후쿠오카 여행갈때 매번 이용하는 호텔입니다 너무 늦게 예약해서 자리가 없어서 요즘은 후쿠오카 여행가기전에 방 있는지 확인하고 비행기표 예매합니다 위치가 진짜 갑오브 갑이에요 유후인에서 2박하고 솔라리아 2박을 한적이 있는데 고속버스 내리자 마자 호텔하고 연결되어 있어서 너무 편했고 후쿠오카에서 자주 다니는 동선이 텐진인데 죄다 가까워서 단기여행할때 너무 좋아요 "

"We stayed two nights but found that there were a lot of tour groups/ busses there so it got a little crowded on the 3rd floor onsen floor and elevators took some time. Older facility but staff are great and attentive. Parking next door is very convenient as well"
