Independent Kyushu and Okinawa hotels

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...

"I was particularly impressed with front desk staff - Yamagata-san where she help to organize myself and family from leaving hotel on time to international airport. It was smooth but with a bit of sudden changes but she was dedicated to assists us all the way, even accompany and help us to move luggage into taxi to the last minute. Once again, thank you for providing such a delightful stay. I will recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues, and I look forward to the opportunity of returning...
