"The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either. Food was excellent. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud.
