"A comfortable 3-star level property in a great location in KL. Simply furnished rooms but a great choice at this price point. Our friends room was of similar quality but there is some variation between rooms. Our TV was internet only, theirs picked-up TV stations. Pool area and gym were pleasant additions. Close to major eat street, Jalan Alor, and walking distance to several shopping centres."

"We weren’t happy the first couple of days as the toilet in our room was leaking. After a few days of complaining, we finally was moved to a much nicer and bigger room. Overall, the rooms are ok, not very clean, had cockroaches in the rooms and dusty. We could hear the traffic noise too from the 11th floor. The staff are nice and friendly though and service is not too bad. Overall, I think it’s pleasant enough. "

"Property location was excellent and facilities were good. However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints. Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. "Lisa is such a helpful host & always replies quickly. The room has everything you need, full kitchen, laundry, & a balcony which is rare for the city. Great location to walk around Bukit Bintang. I will sure return. Thank you Lisa I really enjoyed my 5 day stay "

"We had to find a place in KL quick and someone proposed us Domitys. It was a great place after staying in Hong Kong. Spacious and in a residential neighbourhood, just what we needed. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Nice food place 10 minutes down the road (walking). It is also not too far from various sights in KL."

"A nice property in a pretty new development in the middle of Bangsar. Walking distance to an LRT station. Check in is NOT 24 hours, which caused a little bit of a headache, as my arrival was delayed till past midnight (not the establishment's fault), so I couldn't check in that night. Otherwise, a decent place for a short stay"

"It was excellent place to live. I took three family appartment. Overall good, but one thing i want to mentioned here, all of the bed mattresses are very poor/low quality. I cant sleep well. If they improve thar then best place to stay. "

"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"
