"The hotel did many things right, they made a special effort for our 3 year old, gave us a free upgrade on check-in, and generally made an effort to provide good service. The room and pool were also very clean. The buffer breakfast had a good selection of quality food. Unfortunately, the quality of service wasn’t consistent across all staff. They was a bit of a language barrier with the staff at reception which was probably what led to our late checkout not being processed, and resulted in me...

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."
