"A really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent room, brilliant swimming pool and very close to the KL Tower. In addition the shower was great and instant hot water. When checking in we were not told what the breakfast options were and where to go so that would be helpful but other than that I would definitely stay here again "

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. "When we arrived the front desk informed us that we have a free upgrade to a bigger room which was delightful. But the room is too cold even we have off to fan mode and set to higher temperature it doesn't seem to work (if the aircon is central control..hmmm) We do have a pleasant stayed at this hotel."
