"It was a bit daunting at first as you walk in as they must be doin decorating there but the apartment was nice and clean and very warm ,the staff was nice i also had message day before asking if they like to do anything for us so they ordered us transport from the airport and back again. Cant Fault them . The bar was nice too so was the roof top. The restaurant wasnt open only for big Venues i got told when we arrived so was gutted about that, it wasnt what we expected there as the pictures...

"A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night."

A lovely place to stay.

"Staff at reception were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed for a few nights around my partners birthday and on her birthday we came back to the room to find some local vodka and glasses with a lovely message. The hotel is in a perfect location for the old town/main square and also for the pickup point for the excursions. We will be coming again in May! "

Glad we booked here!

"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel! "
