"As a professor, I usually stay in hotels. But I get tired of paying $250 a night. With Milestone, it had everything I could ever want for a fraction of the price. It was very simple and very clean. "Good, Clean accommodation, however the email instruction was sent to me in Polish to get entry to the hotel. I had requested the email be sent in English - which I never received. Walking to the old town square in the day is fine, but bit much for evening walk home. Not bad stay over all. "

"Lovely stay for the Christmas markets clean accommodation. However who ever is booked in as guests can't use the onsite restaurant. Its only available to book from outside. A bit strange to say the least "

"Wow. Just wow.. 2nd time at this apartment! Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed at room 9 2 bedroom, dining room, living room, spacious, immaculate there is also a lift… the breakfast has a variety for everyone and nothing is to much trouble, very tasty. The staff are so helpful & friendly, sorted out transfers home for us. The old town is just around the corner from the apartments…also central to some quirky bars and restaurants.. Had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend and return.."

"We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"Extremely good customer service. we were helped by Kamil and Kamil at the front desk. they both took their time to help us with restaurant suggestions, itinerary planning and even weather updates! the location is great. I loved how quiet the room was. would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Krakow."

Great staff, close to rail station

"Our stay was part business trip, part tourism. Our flights were not at great times, so this hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. They provide a taxi / shuttle for around £2 per person from outside arrivals - phone hotel to arrange it (pay at reception). Breakfast is included, available from 6am and is excellent! Hot and cold buffet, waffle maker, etc. Some cold items are put out at 3am for those getting early flights, and take-out coffee cups are provided, which was a nice touch. We booked the 4am shuttle which was perfect for our 5.45am flight (long but fast-moving security queue!) The train station is an 8 min walk away and it's the end of the line. Trains go into the city centre (Glowny), or you can stay on to the famous salt mine at the other end (pre-booking is essential). The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed.Two lifts. Nicely decorated. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite expensive and has limited choice, although the food is very nice. "

"What a hotel! Absolutely beautiful and clean. Large bedroom suite. Huge bathroom with quality decor. Breakfast food was cooked and presented like a Michelin * restaurant. Also a help yourself buffet with quality food and added little patisserie mini desserts. I could go on and on. So clean. Great staff. "
