Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Very helpful staff. The room is big and beautiful, with a very good sea view from the balcony; however, the toilet needs extra fixing as it always floods because there is no proper drainage.
The pool is not available. The terrace can be a great place to relax if tables and chairs are placed there with umbrellas and lights, as well as hanging outdoor plants and decorative materials.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was not cleaned. There were ants and mosquitos inside. Somebody shaved in the sink and all hair were there, rubbish bin was full in the bathroom. In the reception they did not communicate in English and it was quite hard to explain something.
The worst part was the owner who contacted us to cancel our booking due to fact, that hotel is under reconstruction... during the highest season peak of course. I did not believe a word and I did not cancel my booking, although owner was still making up new stories. I suppose that because I booked the room in advance, it was slightly cheaper but the owner wanted to re-rent the room with the highest possible profit. He was even making stories about how the person which rents this hotel from him does not communicate and many other lies. At the end there was no reconstruction, but it was really paint to try to deal with this scammer or to search for another accommodation in such a short notice.
Otherwise place itself considering the price was not bad. Little pool was usually empty and nice to chill after having swim in the sea.
Our stay at Club Themis (Club Neni) was a distressful experience. Upon arrival, we’re told our booking was lost due to a change in ownership and it wasn’t the fault of the current owner. When we’re finally offered 2 rooms for 2 nights, 1 had no air conditioning and no hot water at all. Worse still, hot water was further out on the second night for both rooms, forcing the whole family including our 80 year old mother to take cold showers. When we complained, we’re told there’s nothing the hotel could do. Our stay at Club Themis was a total disappointment and damaged our impression on Kotor and our trust in Hotel.com. We deserve an apology and a compensation from the hotel ownership as well as Hotel.com.
The worst experience ever. Room was old and very badly maintained. No hot water in the bathroom. No all air condition in the bedroom. The toilet flusher was not installed. The room condition is much worse than those you can find in any hostel.
Unbelievable. When I arrived at the address, the hotel simply didn't exist. This is not a review of the Hotel Club Neni, but of Hotels.com, which left me in a highly vulnerable situation during my trip, consuming hours that were planned for my leisure.
