Space is excellent. Cleanliness is OK. Staff is very helpful. There is no elevator in the facility. Facility needs to be better. Maintained such as shower, tap and Heating, etc.
It felt like a 1960 James Bond movie. Luxurious, spacious, grand. But it also felt dated. Everything about the staff was first class, they extended that extra effort that makes all the difference.
I would highly recommend unless 1960 bathrooms the size of a house somehow bother you.
Like staying in your wealthy uncle's old house!
I was given a royal welcome and experienced the exquisite low key hospitality.
Breakfast was good.
Shame that there is no pool and WiFi is pay as you go..
However, this was more than made up for by the splendour of the place with a gigantic room!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Bathroom very inadequare, still hair of previous occupants and totally no light in the room because window looked on wall
Great but on the surface, it is almost like the people working at this palace only clean around furniture, but never really moving the item to clean underneath it.. Everything that was on something was dusty.. it takes a meer two seconds longer to pick something up and clean underneath it... so abit disappointed that there was soo much dust in a palace that is run by a royal heritage company... service and food was excellent. Billards room and gym was great. Room was spacious and bath tub was a plus. Thank you.
The best hotel the city has to offer. Some rooms need to be refurbished. Apart from the rooms everything about this hotel is great. Courteous staff. Good food. Will stay there again.
Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the property. By the time business meetings got over, it was late in the evening and I had an early morning departure the next day. I wish I could have got more time at this enchanting property.
I stayed there for one night only in the mid of April and it was very hot. So I was very happy to have a comfortable big bedroom with good working AC and very comfortable bed because I had a terrible headache and I could relax there.
Room could have a bit more traditional decoration but Palace ambience was very nice old-fashioned. Drinks were overpriced- 190 Rs for a nimbu Soda that is a lot.
And I was really sad that they offer the heritage Rajasthani Food only on Weekends- are mid-week guests second class guests? So I didn`t have dinner at all because I was looking forward to having authentic Rajasthani dinner with bajre ki roti and so on.
There were only a few guests so they didn`t have any cultural Programme. It will be better to stay in the months between October and March.
But all in all I liked it. Breakfast was very good also!
