The bed had a firm mattress, as I like it, and the sofas in the living room were very comfortable. I loved the style of the apartment - very Italian, with parquet floor and visible stone bricks. "I guess there are a lot of working people here, everywhere you look you see garbage laying around on Campground, the apartment was okay and clean. "

"This place was amazing! Each room is like its own apartment, very clean and comfortable! Would have loved to be able to stay more than one night here and explore the city more. "Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . "The appartment was ok, clean and equipped with basics - no problem though. However, there is no point to pay extra money to stay in this camp - there is nothing special, pretty boring place (even in the evening). The beach is not worth to stay and we rather went to different much nicer surrounding beaches near Umag each day of our stay. I would not consider it next time at all. I know much nicer places in Istria."

"The hotel is conveniently situated and all the main areas of the city centre are only a short walk away. All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "

Great for family trip

"We stayed for only three nights but had an entirely positive experience. We had a large and spacious room with a separate bedroom. Nearby restaurants offered good food and great service, and an indoor swimming pool, included in the price, was just steps away. We will definitely return."

"Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill your needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay back if given a chance. "
