"The rooms could use a little upgrade. There should be more chairs in the shade for free. All the good chairs are reserved. You shouldn’t have to pay for a shaded seat. For the cost of the room, you should get snorkel equipment for more than one hour. Other than that, I loved the property. Staff was excellent and the dining was great too. "

"I came here 12 years ago and visited again recently. It's a fantastic resort, and I will be back again. We like the ocean tower for the views and the adult pool for peace and quiet. Walking through the whole resort is very easy, does not take much time, and is very scenic. Facilities are clean and well cared for. "We enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is located conveniently off the main road. About a mile in each direction, north and south are beaches, shopping and dining. We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together. "This is our second time at this hotel, and I'd say the overall experience was even better than first time. That said, there were some hiccups. Positives first: * Really nice upgrade to the previous gym. All gear is new and very good. You cant have an excuse not being able to train. * Very easy parking. * Safe and quiet area - it was lovely change for normally loud environment that you get in super touristy places. * They have improved their organization around towels and pool service overall. Good job. * Room was nice with good view (oceanfront). * Very friendly and helpful staff - from front desk to pool service and room service. Everyone were nice and cheerful. Few improvement areas: * During busy hours it was struggle to get hot water from the shower or sink. * Only 1 restaurant with very expensive prices. Unfortunately, this time around we felt that drinks quality has gone down. Food was OK but not as amazing as we had in the spring. That said, Christmas buffet was very good and forth the money. * Service in restaurant and pool bar was often slow - we waited once 1 hour from sitting to until we got our burgers (during lunch). "

Family getaway

"After reading many reviews I was slightly nervous about what we would get. We had a wonderful experience!! The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. What I liked most was that the facility was quiet. Everyone there was respectful, even in the pool where you would expect chaos. There is a market just up the street with everything you would need if you decided to cook in your unit. The BBQ's that were on site were great! I would definitely stay here again! It's just far enough from the main part of town but also close enough."
