"Nice and new hotel about 30 mins from Narita Airport (with Limousine bus). Big mall about 20 mins (walking) away. Hotel room are small but clean and have all the amenities. "

"The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. "My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. Was mostly quiet throughout the week, it gets a bit busier at a weekend. Was a really useful stay over the time I was there, thank you so much for having me!"

"Loved how close the hotel was to the train station, maybe about 1 minute walking! The staff were very nice, as well as the housekeepers being very polite. The room was very clean and tidy. And there’s also a lot of things to do near the hotel. Would stay at again! "
