"The sounds were very loud. I heard trucks, neighbours, loud music outside until 4am. The cleaners forgot to clean my suite for 3 days. And when they did, they gave me soiled pillows and dirty towels that were worse than the ones I had"

"Despite other reviews on this Condo (Not Hotel), my family & myself found this very accommodating for us. I read reviews about this before I booked & winged it. To my surprise this was fantastic for my children & I. Close to the beach & local restaurants. Fantastic swimming pools. I recommend the twin room. Kitchen was clean also bathrooms x2. Beds comfy. This is Not a serviced room, so clean after yourself, but has clothes washing machine in room. I would say 7.5 out of 10."

"One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"This is a very special place. Perfect for kids and adults alike. The property is adorned with fragrant trees and gardens and the swimming pool amenities are flawless. The employs a staff that will always go above-and-beyond to ensure your expectations are exceeded. By far, my favorite place in Pattaya. I will always stay here and never want to leave. The breakfast buffet is stunning… But the breakfast option at Prego (property restaurant) is truly unforgettable. Thank you Amari Pattaya. "

"The value for the money was not there for me! Plug in that didn’t work, room checked into was not the room booked and when asked to be move to what I paid for there was no offer to fix the problem at all. There was an event booked that limited some amenities…no prior warning, was only told about it after the check in. Very nice lobby, breakfast buffet was amazing, the rest of the food options were way way overpriced."
