"Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday."

"Poor service! They provided a bed cover type blanket which was so thin to protect us against the cold. And the heating system didn't work either. We froze to death!"

"The room was very nice. Grocery store right across the street and beer store 2 min walk away. Lots of restaurants 5-10 min walkawy. Sude was very nice and helpful."

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "Prime İnn apartments is a great alternative for a family or group of friends. Two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The living area is also comfortable and spacious. We came to Kayseri for skiing and the location is great for proximity to the mountains. Highly recommend "

"First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation. "
