"I stayed for one night bc of a flight delay. Staff were very nice and efficient at check in and we got into our room very quickly. We paid for a room with three beds. Room size is decent, not as small as typical Japanese size but we only stayed one night. The hotel is near an outlet mall and local mall. Lots of shopping and dining options near by about 5 minutes walk. There is even a 24/7 shopping store across the street. Joyful Cafe is cute and has a fusion menu. Hotel also has a shuttle service to and from the airport. Great service! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Osaka. The service was excellent, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. The hotel provided all the necessities we needed, and having a convenience store located within the hotel was a big plus. The staff spoke English very well, and they assisted us with both receiving and sending our luggage, which made our travels much easier. The location was also fantastic—close to plenty of food options and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"4 nights stay - the staff was very friendly especially for non-Japanese speaking guest. most of our services were automated but when a staff member was needed they responded promptly and with patience. Rooms are spacious by Japan standards and the Royal park is super clean. The station entrance is right next door and so is another combi. For the price you can’t find better"

"We stayed for a week and only had carry on roller bags. Our first reaction when we got into and our room was it was too small. there was no actual closet, no drawers to put our stuff in and no shelves. We got used to it and appreciated the lounge in the basement with laundry facilities, coffee, books and a sitting area. Great food, great service and location. We would stay there again."

"The hotel's elevators give a great view of Universal Studios, the spa is awesome, massage chairs outside the spa, and the breakfast buffet has everything from frenchtoast to fish rice bowls. Great stay!!"

"It’s a great premise to stay especially if you want to go to USJ, it’s clean and spacey for 4 people , and the train station nearby is nice too, it has great connection to other major tourist areas. The only downside is the laundromat, it needs to be upgraded to cashless so people don’t have to go find some small change to do the laundry, luckily there is konbini nearby. "

"Very clean hotel and across the street from a subway station. Only thing I can knock them for is the washer/dryer machines they have on site. They are coin op and the additional drying functions are only by 30 min increments. Did 2.5 hours worth of drying for my small load of clothes but still damp so I gave up. Gave up and threw my clothes in the luggage anyway. "
