"We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in an area far from the center of Phangan, but quiet and charming with a very small avenue of nice restaurants and a mini market. "In the morning of the day of check-in, we got a message from this hotel telling us they are undergoing “construction” and don’t know what when will finish. Said they had put us in their sister hotel - Koh Ma Resort - “which is more expensive” They give us no choice at that point, as we cannot cancel on the day of check-in. In Koh Ma everything was closed and only one restaurant available,which the hotel restaurant. It was so depressing... nothing to do at all. "

"Great place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday to chill out and do very little. We did have a laugh at the old school music playlist that was on repeat so we did nearly know what song was next by the end of the week. Breakfast was great! Great variety. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Very responsive on WhatsApp for anything we needed. The food ordering system in restaurants and in the room via qr codes was great.
