"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. "The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot. "
