It is quite a nice place but I have been trying to reach out to management for a couple days now with no response. Currently my credit card has been charged by Expedia upon booking and by the front desk upon arrival. Pretty sure I shouldn't have to pay for my stay twice :(

The room itself was clean and in good shape. However, I was disappointed that they refused to accommodate my gluten, wheat, and dairy allergy during breakfast. We were disgusted with the pool. There was a thick ring of dirt around the pool. With the amount of dirt, it looked like the pool was not maintained at all.
