I tried to enjoy the second floor terrace but blonde haired manager felt her smoke break was more important — really frustrating - who wants to smell someone second hand smoke when enjoying such a pretty space? However we soon discovered that there were a few other drawbacks to the renovations, including significant noise starting 8:30AM, which made it impossible to stay in our room; and no parking available. The breakfast was barely average. Other things that one expects from decent hotels -- like internet...
