"I liked the location in the sense that it is a bit away from the most busy part of Kyoto Station. The down side is that you need to walk a little far after getting down from the train/subway. Eating options are abundant. I don't even have enough time to explore the surrounding despite the fact that I stayed there for 9 nights. The size of the room is big comparrd to the usual hotels in Japan. Service is good and room is clean. Overall satisfied with my stay and definitely will consider...

"This is truly one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed at. The staff are all very kind, the facilities are all very intentional, clean, sleek, and add to the experience. Our room was lovely, the steam shower especially was a huge highlight to decompress after a big day of exploring Kyoto. It is very easy to walk to train and bus stops and get around most of Kyoto. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! A big highlight of our journey in Japan so far."
