"The property was spacious and clean. It seemed to be appointed as an accessible room with wide doorways and a shower chair (not necessary for us). It is great to have a kitchenette but the crockery, pots and even some glasses were in very high cupboards. A chair was required to access these items which is ridiculous and unsafe. Please build some new storage where crockery, etc can be stored at an accessible height to fit with the other accessible features of the unit,"

"Great location for Aussie Open, The Tan track and the city if you like walking (which we do). It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a lttle tired but the bigger rooms make up for this. The only issue we really had was house keeping was less than ideal for example the toilet wasnt cleaned and we stayed for 8 days! We would definitely stay again, but take some cleaning products with us!"
