"Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending this property "

"We had a fabulous couple of days at the Palace. Akashdeep was absolutely amazing as were the rest of the staff. Very attentive, helpful and a very personalised experience. Also to listen to the harmonious bansari ( Indian flute) in the morning and the cultural and classical performances in the evening. An absolute amazing experience staying in one of the most beautiful palaces in the pink city. ! "

"Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area.
