"Easy check in. Or room 005 was in the basement facing the road. There was little noise from the road so it never bothered us. I left something in the room and it was returned to me within 5 days. OK for one night whilst attending the Royal Albert Hall concert which is in easy walking distance."

The only real moan would be a member of staff in the restaurant was rude to my partner when we were looking to order drinks which put a dampener on the evening but overall we had a very pleasant stay.
