Not a 5 star hotel.
This hotel is not 5 star. It’s a good 3 star. The hotel is old and needs refurbished. Bedroom was basic and old. Bathroom was a bath with shower over. You had to climb into the bath. It had shower doors to enclose it. Shower was not on a fitting above your head. Just on the wall & pointed directly at you. Not a great experience. No bathrobes provided. Food was very basic & barely warm. Not much choice of main courses. Wi-fi was terrible it was only free in the lobby area and most times didn’t work. You had to pay for the other Wi-fi which was 3 euros per day. There is no car park at the hotel you need to park in the street around the corner from the hotel. It is situated in a run down area. All inclusive drinks are local gin, vodka, raki & beer. Drinks were all fine.
Indoor pool & gym was closed due to Covid restrictions.
The staff were exceptional, very friendly and hard working.
The hotel staff were wearing masks at all times. We were also wearing our masks at all times but we were the only guests doing this. The rest of the guests were not wearing masks and they were not being challenged. We were the only English speaking guests. It was mainly Russian tourists.
