"We didn’t use the spa aspect of the hotel and only stayed one night simply to catch our flight, but it was an enjoyable stay. Felt fancy given an airport hotel & the price. I wish they offered more western food options but otherwise no complaints. They even held our luggage for free after check out. "

"Vor dem Hotel befindet sich die Bahnstation Roppongi- ichtome, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Umgebung und das Hotel selbst sind sauber und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind schön gross, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Tokyo (für die selbe Preisklasse). Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
