"Good average hotel for downtown Toronto. Rooms and lounge areas were clean. Hot breakfast was decent, selection of baked goods, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. My only complaint was that the elevators were constantly occupied by service people. "The room was a good size and it was nice and bright. Great location for walking to everything we needed. No restaurant but lots of them nearby. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet. Was happy they allowed us to check in very early. Would stay again."

"Great hotel for the price and right on the water which I’m sure is nice in the summer vs a polar vortex. The streetcar stops almost right outside and takes you right into Union Station. From there it’s really easy to get around. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but definitely not horrible. I would stay here again as air is great value for the rate. "
