"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "This is an amazing hotel. Everything was top notch. Soft, clean beds, heated (and cooled) rooms, excellent services. Highly recommended for post treking or just staying in Kathmandu. Very good price, ideal location. Breakfast and all-day coffee included. "
