"The overall experience I had at this hotel is very positive! I was first given an upgrade to a suite, which the room is very big, clean and comfortable! Their wifi is great and stable too! The breakfast was great with a great variety of selections. Most importantly, the staffs have all been friendly, helpful and very professional addressing my requests. They are also able to help you book customised tour trips around Kathmandu. I will highly recommend this hotel to others!"

"From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away.
