"This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and welcoming and organise walking tours of Chiang Mai on occasion to bring people together. The dining area and other outdoor areas are great for hanging out in and meeting the other travellers. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. The breakfast is simple but excellent and the kitchen appliances and utensils are available for cooking and storage of food. The hostel also has a great location."

"Excellent hotel. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Chiang Mai. Staff ever so accommodating, nothing too small to be dealt with. Breakfast prepared freshly each morning at any time, plus the one evening meal we had on site was again freshly cooked and excellent quality. Nice touch is golf buggy that can be used at anytime to drop you off and pick up anywhere within old city walls. "

"A perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. Central to temples, markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, all in walking distance. The husband and wife who run the coffee shop and hotel are very friendly and helpful. The patio area is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or eating breakfast. Beds are firm and the area was fairly quiet. The breakfast was very, very good and filling. I would absolutely stay here again. "

Swimming pool is small and noisy when the kids around so it’s not that good for the pool access room because you have to bear with the noise until they are gone. "The breakfast was excellent and good value. I found the mattress hard and the pillows overstuffed. The floor maid found a thinner pillow that helped. Walking distance to the Night Bazaar, but did not like the gauntlet of bars and massage parlors enroute."

"Despite being in the heart of the old city, it was very quiet in the rooms meaning a good night’s rest after a day of exploring. It’s a great location to walk around the centre of Chiang Mai and find the many restaurants, shops and workspaces etc, it’s also on most tour operator’s list of places they pick up from or if it isn’t, it’s very near other pick up points. Good value for money too!"

"Great location just a short walk outside of the old city and close to many of the night markets. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The food in their restaurants on property are also great and the service was excellent. They made it easy to stay onsite if you chose. A larger pool area or a rooftop pool would have been perfect but again it didn’t take away from our experience. Would easily stay here again. "
