"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. "Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic.
