"Room and food service was excellent but inclusives are not enough. Forexample icecream is worst than mcflurry and only one option available, they should have given real icecream with more options its not so hard to serve this. Another one is alcohol. Inclusive whiskey options are low quality. At least Chivas 12 and JW Black Label should be served in this type of big hotel. Aquapark was not so big and it was a little bit dirty and worn. "

"Great value. All-inclusive food buffet was amazing, alcohol was inclusive. Waterpark with slides was great, though pools were a little chilly, even on 27 May in 80 degree heat. Kids club was a little ragged and dissapointing- attendants didn't really engage with children, not a lot of activities to keep them engaged. "

"Fantastic hotel and top service from the second we arrived until when we left. Premium branded drinks whenever we wanted and great selection of food. Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. "Nice hotel, by the beach. The best part of this hotel is the "Patiserie" that is open 24 hours with snacks, cakes, drinks and extremely nice and accommodating staff, always smiling and polite. Good gym with lots of equipment. Overpriced prices at the spa. Lots of groups of older men, due to the hotel proximity to a golf course, but not an issue. The seafood restaurant overpriced, with good food, but there is a variety of fish at the regular buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
