"Había obras en el hotel y desde las 20 h hasta las 22:30 estuvieron haciendo ruido.A la hora del check out el recepcionista nos informa que no tiene ninguna relación con hoteles.com y que debemos proceder a abonar la noche por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con hoteles.com y estos después de 10 horas lo único que hemos conseguido es que se pongan en contacto con el hotel pero no el reembolso del mismo."

All electric went off at 20.45 until morning so cold drinks became hot and our sandwiches for the following day were ruined. There was no toilet paper provided. No swimming pool as advertised. On a plus the location was good"
