"Super location, tons of restaurants and the staff was exceptional!"

"I really enjoyed the stay. Access to food trains and surrounding prefectures was great. The rooms are a bit on the small side so try not to bring too much luggage. Also rooms are not tidied up daily unless requested. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel. Drinks and desserts are available after 10 AM daily. Staff were great with helping navigate trains and airport transportation options. Would definitely stay there again in the future."

"A great free shuttle to both the airport and the town (with 2 choices for stops) allowed easy access to the temple and wonderful shopping and eating. No registration or signing up was needed for the shuttle which came automatically on a scheduled time frame..both to/from the airport and the town."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Service was great and Everyone was super friendly. The location is great - 5 minute walk to Shiomi station, family mart in the building, restaurant also has a bar and restaurant. There are also a few restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. I absolutely loved breakfast here. Everything was really good and there were so many options. Location is quiet, safe and clean. Disneyland is about 25 minutes away, Shinjuku & Shibuya about 45 minutes"

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."
