Expedia messed up our reservation and Jason did everything he could to straighten it out and help us have a great stay. He waived some fees and got us a good rate (because I had to pay twice due to Expedia's error.)"

"Since I booked through Expedia we were not informed that the hotel was going through a renovation and that the dining room would not be open except for cold sandwiches. I would never have stayed here for the amount of money that we paid for our room and the noise from the renovation no restaurant clogged up drain only 2 cups of coffee in the room only two towels in the room not impressed. I did report this to the front desk, which did give us a discount on the room and paid for our parking fees....
