"I booked 2 units of the Premium Suite at the Nurbayu Chalet for a 1 night stay on 13 Jul 2024. However, I was given the Nurbayu Guesthouse as replacement as all units have been taken up. Overall the conditions of the Nurbayu Guesthouse is not satisfactory."

"Very disappointed with the stay. not as advertised. the condition of the room is very bad with a bad smell. Mattresses and pillows smell. Dirty carpet floor. A lot of mosquitoes. Feeling cheated."
