"There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"The best place"

"I had booked 2 3bedroom apartments but was told only one 3 n one 2 bedrooms were available after making payment. Although a cashback was given the 2 apartments were in different blocks which was very inconvenient. The rooms were very clean n well maintained but no cooking was allowed."

"The 1st impression of our unit was so-so, including the cleanliness.. aircon in bedroom 1 was blowing air but not cold.. in bedroom 2 was cold and bedroom 3 using fan as aircon was down.. however the view from our unit was awesome though. the pool was just a stone throw. As night fell, we approached Shaik abt the aircon as we, a family of 6, were feeling uncomfortable. Without any delay, Shaik did what is best for us. "The unit need some repairing. The shower leaking, shocking to know that no towels and no blankets provided no iron no hair dryer etc. it’s my first experience in such condo-style stay. Maybe I need to get prepared next time. But some basic things need to be considered by the management."

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

Best NY holiday

"Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. Great hospitality of the hotel, inviting us for a NY’s eve cocktails at the Wave Dining restaurant. We will be back again. "

"Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay! "
